By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or making HTTP requests to the d33pmemory API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Your use of the d33pmemory API is subject to the rate limits and memory capacities associated with your active subscription plan. Attempting to bypass these limits, scrape endpoints, or disrupt service operations will result in immediate termination of your API keys.
You are strictly responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Any activity occurring under your keys is billed to your account.
You may not use d33pmemory to store, extract, or retrieve knowledge derived from illegal activities, non-consensual tracking, or any content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the Netherlands. We reserve the right to suspend accounts actively violating these policies.
We strive for 99.99% uptime. However, d33pmemory is provided "as is" and "as available". For our Basic and Pro tiers, we make no contractual guarantees regarding continuous availability. Enterprise plans include a dedicated SLA, which will be provided in your MSA contract.
