We collect information you provide directly to us when using our services. This includes account information (name, email, billing details) and the API payload data (conversations, agent IDs) you transmit to our endpoints for memory extraction and storage.
By default, all conversational payloads processed through our extraction engine are temporarily held in working memory during processing, but only the resulting structured knowledge graph (facts, events, preferences) is persisted in long-term storage unless explicitly configured otherwise.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including the semantic recall and context compilation endpoints.
Crucially: We do not train our foundational extraction models on your private data. The data you send through the API remains isolated to your workspace and is only accessible via requests authenticated with your API keys.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We utilize secure, managed infrastructure provided by top-tier cloud providers. Your API keys are hashed securely; we cannot reverse-engineer them.
Memories stored via our API are scoped strictly by the `agent_id` and `team_id` parameters. Ensure you rotate API keys immediately if you suspect they have been compromised.
You retain complete control over your data. If you delete an agent or a memory via our API or dashboard, the structured data is permanently removed from our active databases immediately, and purged from secure backups within 30 days.
